Cream:
1 2/3 cups butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
10 eggs
Add:
8 3/4 cups flour
5 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. soda
2 1/2 tsp. salt
8 - 9 cups banana
Beat all together and pour into 5 greased bread pans.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes depending on pan size.
